The 2008 Omni Leasing Program consists of leasing options for entrepreneurs, current business owners and existing Omni Property Companies tenants.

Entrepreneurs 

• Rent is $1 for the first year
• Tenants are responsible for their prorata share of operating expenses and utilities
• As-is space with improvements available
• The company or entrepreneur must have a proven track record and has to have been in similar business
• Credit approval required

Business Owners

• Rent is $1 for the first year
• Tenant is responsible for their share of operating expenses and utilities
• As-is space with improvements available
• 5-year lease
• Credit approval required
• Typical guarantee required

Existing Omni Tenants 

• If an existing Omni tenant refers someone to one of our spaces, the Omni tenant has an opportunity to receive a reduction in rent equivalent to up to six months of the referred renters monthly rent
• The referred tenant may have six months of free rent as well
• Credit approval required
• 5-year lease
• Typical guarantee required
• As-is space with improvements available
