Pat has been involved as a real estate entrepreneur for over 28 years, starting when he was working toward his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Akron. Simultaneously, he became the youngest person at age 18 to ever obtain a Series Seven license from the Securities and Exchange Commission. This License enabled him to act as a stockbroker during his college years. Additionally, He obtained several student rental properties at the university thereby starting what is now the Omni portfolio. After receiving his degree, Pat worked various finance and real estate related jobs while building Omni and partnering with fellow classmates to create Pride One, a residential and commercial real estate development business. He also received his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation during this time. Today, his real estate consulting clients are companies like Hoover, CBiz, Royal Chemical and Brulant (Rosetta) among many others. His personal portfolio has been over $150 Million in various properties and real estate companies.
Pat has been involved as a principal in over one billion dollars in real estate transactions. In 1999, he was chosen as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business magazines’ 40 under 40. He was selected to be a member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2004. Pat has been Chairman of the Cleveland Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). He was named the NAIOP 2000 Developer of the Year and served as its president in 2004. Pat is currently the Vice Chairman of the board for North Coast Community Homes serves on the Cuyahoga County Library Foundation Board and teaches Junior Achievement to elementary age children. He is on the board of the animal rescue group Dogs Unlimited Rescue. Pat is an active airplane and helicopter pilot, scuba diver, skier, cyclist, snowboarder and boater.
Pat is married to Gina Marie and has two children: Chase, 19, attending Baldwin Wallace College in entrepreneurial/business studies and Logan, 1,7 attending Lawrence Upper school as a Junior. He and his family reside in Bentleyville, Ohio.
